我们很幸运，现在公路只是通到Cha或Purne村庄，剩下的路必须徒步前往，至少我们还有机会一步步慢慢接近心中的理想之地。一直觉得远方的寺庙必须只能徒步前往，才能表达一下我们虔诚的心思！但是这次也看到这边工程正在如火如荼进行着，或者几年以后，美丽的徒步道也会慢慢消失…

Phugtal Gompa的一些英文资料

The Gompa is perhaps most famous for its cave setting. making it one of the most dramatically located gompas anywhere. However，Phugtal is also an historically important gompa.

There are no records of when Phugtal Gompa was actually founded but it's claimed that the gompa was founded here after it was discovered that Indian Sadus had made a retreat in the cave，considering it to be an auspicious place.

Today，Phugtal belongs to the Gelug-pa sect that took over several monasteries in Zanskar，including Kaesha，in the 15th century many of the murals in the gompa are similar to those at Alchi，which beling of the early Indian Buddhist style contemporary with Richen Zanpo，means the gompa must date from no later than the11th to 12th century.
