Dostoevsky wrote in 「The White Night」: My white night ends in the early morning. At this moment, I am doing what he has done, experiencing the Neva River Bridge Opening Ceremony which has been performed every day since the 18th century during the last few days of polar daylight in the Northern Hemisphere.
